- New toggles allow merchants to enable Tip on Receipt, which has been renamed from “Pay @ Table” to “Tip on Screen”.
- A new toggle forces the signature screen for all non-PIN transactions, disabled by default for new devices.
- Logs now include fee removal identifiers, original security method, and performed security method for better tracking.
- A new toggle ensures fees apply only to Signature Debit transactions when enabled.
- VL300 now prompts customers to remove their card if left inserted.
- Merchants can now enter additional inputs for E-Invoices and display configured logos.
- 2FA is now available, requiring OTP verification via email and SMS for added security.
- History of EPIs can be viewed to a serial number assigned in Device Management.
- Merchants can connect terminals to Valor Virtual Terminal or POS systems via Cloud APIs for seamless transactions.
- VL500 now supports Dual Pricing and Bin-Based Surcharge for automatic surcharge processing.
- When Dual Pricing is enabled, the home screen will display 3 options: CARD, EBT, and CASH.
