  • This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected by VALOR PAYTECH LLC and its customers, agents, merchant and other affiliates (collectively, “Valor Paytech”) (also referred to as “we” or “us”) who provides certain credit card processing and other services to various third parties.

Your contact information (belonging to you) is collected by our user on an opt-in basis and can be collected in different ways:

Receiving text messages from us is free of charge. However, standard text messaging rates from your wireless carrier still apply.

9. OPT-OUT FOR TEXT MESSAGES:

You may opt-out of receiving promotional emails or text messages from us by following the instructions in those emails or text messages. If you opt-out, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.
