POS
- Custom Images on VP800 Device: The Valor Portal now allows users to add custom images to be displayed on the VP800 device’s customer-facing screen. Additionally, users can select the “Display Image Scale” option to either retain the actual size or fit the image to the display.
- Image Capture in Android Devices: Android devices now support image capture as part of a transaction. These images will be uploaded to the Valor Portal. Merchants can add up to 3 images per transaction. The option to enable the camera is available in the Device Management module.
TMS
- Pay Now Email & Receipts Enhancement: When a “Pay Now” transaction is initiated from the mobile app, the corresponding email now includes proper images, which are also reflected in Valor Portal receipts.
- Mobile-Friendly Pay Now Link: The Pay Now link page now supports scrolling on small screens, ensuring that the “PAY NOW” button remains visible for a seamless payment experience.
Portal
- Receipts Enhancement: The Valor Portal and POS now support receipts with an increased header line limit, expanding from 5 to 7 lines.
- Incremental Authorization: The Valor Portal now supports Incremental Authorization in the transaction module. Pre-Authorization (Pre-Auth) or Authorization completed via POS machines and the Virtual Terminal now includes an option for Incremental Authorization within the three-dot menu.
- Merchant Name Search Improvement: The Valor Portal has enhanced the merchant’s name search function by enabling support for special characters in usernames.
- Level 2 & Level 3 Transaction Benefits: The Virtual Terminal now provides merchants with an option to enable Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3) benefits for customers. Once enabled, the Virtual Terminal module will send the required details to the processor to support L2 and L3 for each transaction.
- Recurring Transaction Editing: Merchants can now edit recurring transactions in the Virtual Terminal. Under the “Manage” tab, they can modify the total number of installments, subscription period, and customer name.
- Transaction Module Filters: The Transaction Module now includes column filters. The columns displayed under both default and custom options have been normalized, ensuring all columns remain visible in both views.
- Product Upload via XLS: Merchants can now upload XLS files to add products to the system. The previous bug that restricted uploads to 25 products has been fixed, and the limit has now been increased.
- Valor Resource Center Update: The Valor Resource Center has been updated with new Quick Reference Guides featuring the latest logo.
