CRM Release Updates

Valor ACH Is Now Live! 

• Valor ACH has been added to the Invoice module, mirroring the existing Power ACH functionality. 

• Valor ACH is enabled for Collections, and Invoices based on On/Off settings.
  

Enhanced CRM Search 

• Smart search logic prioritizes the important information first before expanding the search more broadly. This allows for Key data to be Masked (according to PCI standards) while still being able to find the records you need. 

• Updated search logic prioritizes an exact match of the last four digits, then the first four digits, and then any part of the string for Tax ID, Driver’s License, MID, etc. 

• Tax ID formatting standardized to maintain uniformity. 

Default Payment Gateway Options 

• Power ACH / Valor ACH defaults are configured for Merchant, Agent, and Residual Payout gateways. 

 
Residual Paytool – Fresh New look! 

• The residual Paytool has been redesign in line with the rest of the CRM 

• This makes the tool easier to read, use and understand at a quick glance.

Plaid Statement – Coming Soon 

• Soon you’ll be able to pull Merchant Bank Statements directly within Valor CRM. 

• Enhances risk assessment during underwriting. 

• Supports ongoing monitoring of merchant activity post-approval.

Boarding API – Coming Soon

• The Boarding API is almost here – enabling you to connect your external systems directly with Valor CRM. 

• Send Merchant Application data to the lead’s module  
• Flexibility to pass all or partial Merchant details—including supporting documents.
