Releases - 04.07.2025 – Add User Enhancements
- GIACT Auto-Verification on Agent Creation
Implemented automatic GIACT checks upon adding a new agent with “Active” status to enhance fraud prevention and compliance at the entry point. - Automated Override Redistribution
The system now automatically calculates and reallocates any remaining override percentage to the default House Agent after 7 business days, reducing manual intervention. - DocuSign Notifications via SMS and Email
Upon agent creation, DocuSign contract links are automatically sent via SMS and email to ensure prompt and reliable contract execution. - Automated Welcome Email with CRM Access
New agents now receive a welcome message via SMS and email that includes their CRM login credentials, expediting access and onboarding. - Bonus Frequency Field Repositioned
The Bonus Frequency field has been relocated to the Bonus section of the agent profile for better alignment and organization. - New “Pay to Others” Field Introduced
A new field enables rerouting of payouts to other users involved in the override structure. It defaults to the creating user and is limited to users with Pay Status = Active. - New User Approval Dashboard Added
Introduced a centralized dashboard to monitor all pending agent approvals. Includes key tracking fields:- Signed Date (contract)
- Date Counter (from signature)
- Submitting Type
- Total Payout % (all users with active pay status)
- Export and Search capabilities
- Email Notification Preferences Added
Users can now opt in or out of specific email notifications, including Residuals, Retention, Chargebacks, ACH Rejects, and more. These settings are available under the My Preferences page. - 1099 Field Default Set to Yes
If the 1099 field is left blank during agent addition, the system will now default the value to Yes to ensure consistent reporting. - Agent Creation Page Optimized
Several fields have been hidden from the user creation page to present a cleaner interface. These fields remain available within the agent profile:- Last Approval Date
- Time Zone
- Payment Reference (defaults to ACH + 1099, IRS = Yes)
- For Retention (default: Yes)
- Retention Section
- Conversion Bonus, Chargeback and Equipment Bonus, Chargeback (default to 12 months)
- Pre-Approval Edit Access for Management
Management users can now edit all agent fields prior to approval, providing added flexibility and oversight during the onboarding process.
