Integrated Plaid into Valor CRM to support underwriting and risk evaluation by securely retrieving real-time bank account data directly from merchants.

• Improves fraud detection and decision accuracy 

Zapier Integration: 

 Zapier is now integrated with Valor CRM to allow external applications to pull CRM data through secure web service APIs. Zaps can be scheduled or triggered in real time to fetch data from core CRM modules such as: 

• Users 

• Leads 

• Merchants 

• Helpdesk 

This streamlines external reporting, eliminates manual exports, and enhances system 

New UI Design – Coming Soon

We have developed a refreshed and modern user interface for the CRM, designed to deliver a smoother user experience and a more visually enriched layout. The new design will be rolled out soon, bringing improved usability and a cleaner, more intuitive look.

Enhanced Multilingual Language Support in Quick boarding (English & Spanish): 

The Quick boarding module now includes language selection options, allowing users to choose between English and Spanish at the start of the application process. This enhancement improves usability for Spanish-speaking users and ensures a more inclusive onboarding experience across diverse user groups.
