How FlexFactor works

This is where the magic happens – on the terminal, right when it matters most.
Step 1

Merchant taps Sale on the Valor POS.

Step 2

Customer pays with credit or debit.

Step 3

Processor
declines.

Step 4

If the decline code can be recovered by FlexFactor, the terminal prompts to reroute.

Step 5

If approved by FlexFactor → success + printed receipt.

Step 6

If declined again → the receipt shows both error codes.
