The Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting our Sales team by managing post-sales processes, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication between internal departments and clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the post-sales process, meticulously reviewing and processing new customer applications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, product details, and any inquiries, providing timely and comprehensive responses.
  • Foster and nurture ongoing client relationships, providing regular updates and addressing any questions or concerns that may arise.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to resolve customer issues or concerns efficiently.
  • Liaise with sales representatives to accurately address customers’ sales-related queries and provide necessary support.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our company’s products and services to effectively support our sales efforts.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in relevant trade shows, actively engaging with attendees at the Valor PayTech booth.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service or account management.
  • Prior experience of 2+ years in an administrative or sales support role.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, etc., and MS Outlook is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Capacity to adapt and learn new skills quickly in a rapidly evolving industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Social media experience, particularly on platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook, is advantageous.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Account Manager who thrives at the intersection of technology and client relations. This role is responsible for managing technical requests from ISVs and ISOs, ensuring seamless communication between our clients and our software development teams in India. You’ll help coordinate feature requests, bug fixes, and integration issues by creating and managing tickets, while also conducting technical testing and validation before delivering final feedback to clients. This is a unique opportunity to apply your coding knowledge and client-support expertise in a fast-paced, payment-technology environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical liaison for ISVs and ISOs submitting integration requests, feature enhancements, and bug reports.
  • Create and manage 5–10 detailed technical support tickets per day using proprietary ticketing systems.
  • Coordinate closely with software development teams in India to ensure timely updates, clarifications, and progress reports on each ticket.
  • Test and validate bug fixes or new features using your coding skills before communicating resolutions to clients.
  • Support clients using Http Request to simulate and validate endpoint interactions.
  • Collaborate with ISO partners and their developers to ensure smooth integration with our platform.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues across Windows environment.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Payments industry integrations experience required.
  • 2+ years in a technical support, developer support, or account management role with strong customer interaction.
  • Proficiency in Python, command-line operations, and WebRequest-based API testing.
  • Comfortable working with both Windows and Linux environments.
  • Strong understanding of client-server architecture and ability to debug or test APIs.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical issues.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to assist customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive technical support for company products and services to both existing and prospective customers.
  • Apply strong knowledge of payments concepts, hardware components and software applications.
  • Program, configure and deploy merchant terminals and software.
  • Provide frontline customer support, including hardware/software troubleshooting and diagnosis.
  • Effectively handle both merchant requests and product issues with a keen sense of urgency, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with merchants.

 

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ customer service experience providing technical support required
  • Knowledge of POS (point of sale) industry hardware, software, and procurement a plus
  • Related experience in the computer technical support field, onsite technician experience a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook required
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Must be able to adapt and learn new skills in a fast-paced industry
  • Excellent communication both oral and written
  • Self-motivated, team player, detail-oriented, and well-organized;
  • Passion for technology and desire to solve problem
  • Learn and utilize software programs quickly and efficiently
  • Superior problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

This position offers a base pay in the range of USD $22-26 hourly plus a comprehensive benefits package including:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally (India) and QuickBooks (US).
  • Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS (India), and US tax regulations.
  • Assist in payroll processing, vendor payments, and audits.
  • Support financial reporting in alignment with Ind AS and US GAAP.

 

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in accounting, preferably in an IT or fintech company.
  • Software Skills:
    • India: Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST/TDS Filing Portals.
    • US: QuickBooks Online/Desktop, Excel.
