WARRANTY POLICY
Valor Paytech Warranty Policy | VL100 | VL110 |
- Valor Paytech products are covered by 24 months manufacturer’s warranty that begins from the date the product is purchased from the manufacturer. The 24 months manufacturer warranty excludes the batteries.
- If products under warranty are found to have a manufacturer defect, then Valor Paytech will replace or repair the product at no cost to our customers.
- Defective equipment must be reported within four (4) weeks of receiving shipment in order to receive credit for a replacement.
Valor Paytech Optional Extended Warranty
Warranty Extensions Are Under the Following Conditions
- Repair work done by individuals or service centers not authorized by Valor Paytech.
- Damage due to operating the unit outside the recommended environmental conditions such as deliberate tampering, rough handling, power surges and any other conditions determined to be outside normal product use.
- Manufacturer Warranty terms are expired before purchasing the extended warranty.

- 1 year 12% of Valor Paytech unit sale price extends standard manufacturer warranty for additional 12 months after the second year.
- 2 years 15% of Valor Paytech unit sale price extends standard manufacturer warranty for additional 24 months after second year.
