Madhan Gunasekaran is a highly experienced software engineer and architect with a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from the Government College of Erode and a Master of Science in System Software from BITS Pilani.
He has extensive experience in the automotive, telecom, payment, and market infrastructure domains, having served in various roles throughout his career. Madhan is proficient in C/C++, Linux, UNIX, and Shell scripting and has played pivotal roles in delivering high-quality solutions.
As an Integration and Software Architect, Madhan contributed significantly to a market infrastructure project, providing payment solutions. During this tenure, he successfully transitioned through different roles, starting as a developer, SME, and “Football Owner” for L3 support, “Development Project head” and “Integration and Software Architect” delivering one of the leading FX services globally.
Currently, Madhan has transitioned into the role of Product Success Manager, where he ensures seamless project execution by coordinating with development, QA, and marketing teams to align with SRS and deliver high-quality products. He drives success by monitoring KPIs, addressing critical issues, and ensuring all functionalities are production-ready.
Madhan is a self-motivated and passionate individual who constantly explores new technologies and enjoys sharing his knowledge with others. He has also been a mentor and coach to many young professionals, helping them achieve the next level of success in their careers.
