Document Page – Refined UI 

• Updated the Documents page layout for a cleaner, more efficient viewing experience. 

• Displays more documents per page by prioritizing key information. 

Oxygen API Queue System 

• Introduced a Queue system for the Oxygen API integration. 

• Allows users to submit information instantly, even during the mandatory 24-hour waiting period. 

• Users can now continue with the rest of their work knowing the submitted information will reach the Oxygen API portal after 24 hours. 

Agent Welcome Email Redesign

• Brand-new Agent Welcome Email templates are live on 11/06/25.

• Fresh, modern design for a more professional onboarding experience.

• BIN Owners will soon receive updated email templates to review that are tailored to their branding.

MPA & Quick Boarding Tool Sync

• The Merchant Processing Application (MPA) and Quick Boarding Tool are now fully synchronized.

• All changes in the MPA workflow instantly reflect in Quick Boarding, and vice versa.

• Enables customers to start applications and agents to complete them seamlessly across both tools.
